铝电解槽烟气预热阳极炭块的探索研究

摘    要:对铝电解槽烟气预热阳极炭块进行研究,提出了一种烟气余热回收的思路并设计相应的工艺流程。应用热传递原理,建立余热回收热交换的数学模型,以此对余热回收的效率进行计算。结果表明,余热回收效率较低,要完全达到回收阳极余热的要求,尚需要加入外部的热源。

Abstract:The research of preheating carbon anode by flue gas in aluminum reduction cell was carried out. A heat recovery method and the corresponding technology were proposed. With the application of the heat transferring theory, the heat exchanging model was also built and the heat recovery rate was calculated. The results indicate that the heat recovery rate was relatively low. Therefore, the external heat source is necessary in order to recover the heat from flue gas.
