孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床应用和疗效。方法选取我院在2011年1月-2013年4月收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿60例，将所有患儿随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗，并对两组疗效、临床症状改善情况以及肺功能等指标进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显大于对照组，哮喘缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间明显小于对照组，治疗后的FEV1和PEF指标明显优于对照组，且差异均具有统计学意义P〈0.05。结论孟鲁司特钠在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘中的治疗可明显提高治疗效果，快速改善患儿临床症状，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of montelukast in treating cough variant asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical application and curative effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma. Methods In our hospital in 2011 January to 2013 April in our hospital in patients with cough variant asthma in 60 cases, all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was giv-en conventional treatment, the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the given montelukast sodium in the treat-ment, and compare two groups of curative effect, the improvement of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indices. Results In the observation group, the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group, the time, the disap-pearance time of cough, wheeze disappeared time was significantly less than that of the control group asthma in remission, FEV1 and PEF index after treatment was better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant P〈0.05. Con-clusion Montelukast in children with cough variant asthma in can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, rapid improvement of clinical symptoms, is worth the clinical promotion.
