双水内冷发电机内冷水处理技术

摘    要:介绍一种双水内冷发电机冷却水处理的改进技术。该技术使内冷水的pH值和电导率易于调节,并可解决发电机内冷水的铜含量超标问题;经在黄埔发电厂300MW机组应用,内冷水水质达到了我国电力行业相关标准,被证明是优化内冷水处理方法的有效途经。

Abstract:A technology for improving the cooling water treatment of dual internal water cooling generators has been presented. Using the said technology, the pH value and conductivity of cooling water are easily adjusted, and the problem of surpassing set standard for copper content in inner cooling water of the generator can be solved. Through application on 300 MW unit in Huangpu Power Plant, the quality of inner cooling water has reached corresponding standard of power industry in our country. It is proved to be an effective way for optimizing the inner cooling water.
