| 摘 要： | 目的 比较氢溴酸高乌甲素与曲马多术后静脉患者自控镇痛（PCIA）的临床效果。方法 60例患者随机分为两组，分别以曲马多、高乌甲素作为术后静脉镇痛配方，观察其镇痛及不良反应的发生情况。结果 曲马多组的镇痛效果好于高乌甲素组，但恶心呕吐发生率略高于高乌甲素组。结论 高乌甲素的术后静脉镇痛的效果弱于曲马多。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effects oflappaconitine hydrobromide and tramadol hydrochoride in postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia. Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group, In group T, patients administered tramadol hydrochoride, and in group G, patients administered lappaconitine hydrobromide for postoperative PCIA respectively. The effect of analgesia and side reaction were observed. Result The analgesia effect in group T was more satisfactory than that in group G, but the side reaction was less in group G than that in group T, Conclusion The analgesia effect oflappaconitine hydrobromide is less than that oftramadol hydrochloride. |
