新疆维吾尔族基础教育教师质量成因探析

摘    要:本研究通过对新疆维吾尔族基础教育教师的深度访谈,了解到教师素质不能满足维吾尔族基础教育所需的内在原因,一是民族师范教育及教师教育质量不高,二是外在客观环境条件的制约,三是教师自我反思、自我教育、自我提高不够,据此有针对性地提出了对策和建议。

Abstract:This essay discusses,by interviewing many teachers who are engaged in Uygur elementary education,inner causes which the teachers are not qualified for their positions.The reasons are:the teaching quality in normal colleges and universities for teachers of ethnic groups is low the outer factors constrain the raising of teaching quality the teachers have no motive to upgrade.The authors also raise some countermeasures and suggestions.
