摘    要:经比较,在300μW/cm2紫外线照射下,HAV颗粒感染性灭活速度远快于抗原性的破坏。经1%过氧化氢作用的HAV颗粒,其感染性灭活速度与抗原性破坏速度基本呈平行关系,作用60分钟,感染性消失,抗原性亦被破坏。

Abstract:Inactivation of infectivity and destruction of antigenicity of HAV after exposure to ultraviolet radiation and hydrogen peroxide were compared experimentally. The carrier quantitative inactivation test indicated that after exposure to 300 μW/cm 2 ultraviolet radiation for 5 min, the infection titer of purified particles of HAV HM-175 strain decreased from 10 7.27 TCID 50 /ml to 10 6.50 TCID 50 /ml and the S/N value of antigenicity decreased from 5.29 to 5.17. After exposure for 20 min, the inactivation rate of infectivity reached 100%, while the S/N value of antigenicity decreased only to 4.48. Suspension quantitative inactivation test indicated that after exposure to 1% hydrogen peroxide for 10 and 30 min, the infection titer of HAV particles decreased from 10 8.50 TCID 50 /ml to 10 6.73 TCID 50 /ml and 10 4.23 TCID 50 /ml respectively and the S/N value of antigenicity decreased from 4.98 to 3.55 and 2.33 respectively. After exposure for 60 min, the inactivation rate of infectivity reached 100% and the antigenicity was also destroyed (S/N value was 1.93).
