摘    要:为实现对敌网络一体化防空体系的有效压制,以“超网”理论为基础,分析并构设了“两层四链四网”的网络一体化防空体系结构模型;选取“作战环数”为作战体系效能评估指标,构建了火力打击及电子攻击条件下联合压制作战效能评估模型;通过仿真计算,得出在对敌网络一体化防空体系实施联合压制作战时,应采取“先实施战役性联合压制毁敌30%节点以达成破敌体系、后实施战术性联合压制全程扰敌以达成乱敌护航”,“战役性联合压制以火力打击手段毁敌为主、战术性联合压制以电子攻击手段扰敌为主”的行动策略。

Abstract:In order to effectively suppress enemy network-based integrated air defense systems, based on the “super netting” theory, the architecture model of network-based integrated air defense systems with “two layers, four chains and four nets” is analyzed and constructed. The number of combat loop as the effectiveness evaluation index of operation systems is selected, to build the effectiveness evaluation model of joint suppression operation under fire strike and electronic attack. Through simulation and analysis, a set of operation strategy is obtained, that is “joint suppression strategy using campaign joint suppression to destroy 30% enemy nodes to break enemy operation systems first, then using tactical joint suppression and disturbing enemy in the whole operation process to escort every aerial assault formation”, “campaign joint suppression focusing on firepower and others focusing on electronic attack”, when the joint suppression enemy network-based integrated air defense systems campaign is carried out.
