子宫肌瘤的超声诊断与误诊分析

目的探讨子宫肌瘤声像图特点，减少漏诊及误诊。方法对87例超声诊断为子宫肌瘤的患者经手术切除后进行病理检查，结合病理检查结果，分析超声图像，总结子宫肌瘤的声像图特点。结果87例经超声诊断为子宫肌瘤的患者中，经病理检查，85例为子宫肌瘤，诊断正确率为97．7％；2例误诊，其中1例为子宫腺肌病，1例为子宫腺肌病合并子宫肌瘤，误诊率为2．3％。结论超声检查方便、无痛，是诊断子宫肌瘤的首选方法，了解子宫肌瘤的声像图特点可以有效提高诊断正确率，减少漏诊及误诊。

Ultrasonic diagnosis and analysis of misdiagnosis of uterine leiomyoma

Objective To investigate the uhrasonographic features of uterine leiomyoma,in order to reduce missed di- agnosis and misdiagnosis. Methods 87 cases of patients diagnosed with uterine leiomyoma by ultrasonography were conducted pathological examination after operation.Combined with the pathological results,the ultrasonic image was an- alyzed and the characteristics of uterine leiomyoma was summarized. Results After the pathological examination,among the 87 cases of patients diagnosed with uterine leiomyoma by uhrasonography,there were 85 cases of uterine leiomy- oma,and the correct diagnostic rate was 97.7%.There were 2 cases of misdiagnosis,whieh included 1 cases of adeno- myosis and 1 cases of adenomyosis combined uterine leiomyoma,the misdiagnosis rate was 2.3%. Conclusion Ultra- sonography is the first method of diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma because of its convenience and painlessness.Under- standing the uhrasonography characteristics of uterine leiomyoma can effectively improve the correct diagnosis rate and reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
