复发性口腔溃疡中西医结合治疗的临床观察

目的 观察复发性口腔溃疡中西医结合治疗的效果.方法 将44例复发性口腔溃疡患者按照随机化原则分为西医常规治疗组22例（常规治疗组）和中西医结合治疗组22例（结合组）,常规治疗组用1％普鲁卡因含漱后溃疡局部涂抹碘甘油,口服维生素B6 100 mg、维生素B2 20 mg、维生素C 200 mg,每日3次,连服1个疗程（15 d）,结合组在常规治疗组基础上加服辨证施治后的中药：寒凝血瘀型以少腹逐瘀丸为治疗主方加减,肝火旺盛型服龙胆泻肝汤治疗,肝血亏虚型以归芍地黄丸加减治疗.比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 结合组22例中痊愈6例,显效8例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率为86.4％;常规治疗组22例中痊愈3例,显效7例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率为72.7％;两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡能针对不同体质辨证施治以提高疗效,可减少复发及药物不良反应情况,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation of integrative medicine therapy on recurrent oral ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of integrative medicine therapy on recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 44 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into the general group （general Western medicine treatment, n=22） and the combined treatment group （traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment,n=22）.The general group was given the treatment of smearing iodine glycerin partly after mouthwashing 1% procaine,oral administration of Vitamin B6 100 mg,Vitamin B2 20 mg and Vitamin C 20 mg,3 times a day for one course （15 days）.The combined treatment group was given the treatment of Chinese medicinal herbs after syndrome differentiation and treat- ment based on the treatment of the general group：patients with with cold stasis were treated by adding some Shao- fuzhuyu Tang,patients with liver fire were treated by adding Longdanxiegan Tang,patients with liver blood depletion were treated by adding some Guishao Dihuang Wan.Results Of the 22 cases in the combined treatment group,6 eases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,5 eases were effective,and 3 eases were ineffective,with a total ef- fective rate of 86.4%;and among 22 eases in the general group,3 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 72.7% ;there was significant difference about the total effective rate between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conelusion Integrative medicine therapy on recurrent oral ulcer can aim at different syndrome type,and syndrome differentiation and treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of reccurence and adverse reactions of drug interaction,which should be applied in clinic.
