可编程模拟器件在小信号测量系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍一种小信号测量系统的设计。该系统利用了在系统可编程模拟器件ispPAC10完成模拟前端的多路信号选择、放大、调理(对信号滤波、积分、求和)及缓冲电路的设计。为了减少系统本身的零漂,系统使用了简单的精密电阻网络进行零漂的调整。89C51常用8位单片机和ICL7135 4位半双积分ADC实现了量程的自动切换,增益可控,并可用LED显示测量值。该电路的调试简单,测试精度高。

Abstract:In this paper,a kind of small signal measuring system is designed.This system makes use of in system programmability programmable analog device ispPAC10 to accomplish the design in analog front end which includes Multi-channel selection,amplification,adjusting(signal filtering,integral,and summing)and buffering circuits.In order to reduce system zero-drifting,the simple precision resistor network is used to adjust the zero-float.The common 8 b chip 89C51 and ADC which is four and half double integral ICL7135 realizes the measuring range switch automatically,controlling the gain and displaying the measurement values with LED.The circuit is easy in debugging and with high precision.
