全中枢放疗精确定位的CT模拟技术

摘    要:介绍CT模拟技术在全中枢神经系统放疗中的应用,CT模拟定位系统中融合全束照射技术、半束照射技术、低熔点铅挡技术、等中心照射技术、两野衔接技术,利用三维治疗计划系统优化治疗计划,实现传统全中枢神经系统放疗向高精度放射治疗的转变。

Abstract:Whole central nervous system radiation is still challenging because of the need to cover a complex structures of craniospinal axis. Here, we introduced the application of CT-simulation technique in the radiotherapy of the whole central nervous system. Half-beam irradiation, full-beam irradiation, low-melting-point alloy lead shield, isoeenter irradiation and conjunction of radiation fields are used in this technique.By using 3D-TPS to optimize the plan, radiotherapy of the whole central nervous system is more accurate.
