无锡市512名男男性行为人群艾滋病高危行为分析

目的了解无锡市男男性行为人群(MSM)中艾滋病相关高危行为特征,为制定有效的干预措施和防治策略提供依据。方法采用横断面问卷调查方法,获得人口学、行为学等资料,并进行HIV抗体和梅毒检测,共512人接受问卷调查及检测。结果艾滋病基本知识知晓率达84.57%,最近6个月以内与同性发生过肛交性行为的占65.23%,安全套坚持使用率仅为30.54%,最近6个月与女性发生性行为的占44.24%,接受检测的512人中,HIV确认阳性65例,阳性率为12.70%,梅毒阳性92例,阳性率为17.97%。结论目标人群高危性行为广泛存在,同性肛交性行为安全套使用频率较低,HIV感染率较高,应加强对该人群的行为干预和监测,以有效控制艾滋病性病的传播和流行。

Analysis of high-risk AIDS behavior of 512 MSM in Wuxi City

Objective To understand the related high risk AIDS behavior among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Wuxi city and provide evidence for effective intervention measures and prevention strategies. Method Cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the demography and behavior data, accompanied by HIV and syphilis test, a total of 512 persons were surveyed and tested. Results The awareness rate of HIV related knowledge was 84.57%. Anal sex in the last 6 months was 65.23%, and condom utilization rate was only 30.54%.The sexual activity with females was 44.24% in the last six months. Totally 65 HIV positives were detected with a positive rate of 12.70% and 92 eases were positive for syphilis with the positive rate of 17.97%. Conclusion The target population have high-risk sexual behavior and HIV infection is high as the condom use rate is low. Thus monitoring and intervention work be carried out to control the spread of HIV iand syphilis infection.
