五华县2011~2013年医疗机构消毒效果监测结果分析

目的了解五华县医疗卫生机构消毒质量状况,为医院感染和医源性感染预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)和《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995),进行现场采样、检测。结果 2011~2013年共监测医疗机构2 932间次,采样检测10 777份,合格9 081份,检测总合格率84.26%。监测项目中室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、压力蒸气灭菌效果(灭菌器生物监测)、无菌器械浸泡液、使用中消毒液、紫外线灯管辐照度合格率分别为78.10%、79.28%、81.77%、94.59%、98.81%、93.75%、80.56%。不同级别医疗机构消毒效果存在明显差异(χ2=26.92,P0.01)。结论五华县医疗机构消毒效果呈上升趋势,不同级别的医疗机构消毒合格率以县级医院最高,镇级卫生院次之,而个体诊所最低。今后仍需加强对医疗机构消毒的监督监测,从而有效防止医院感染和医源性感染的发生。

Monitoring results of disinfection in medical institutions in Wuhua County from 2011 to 2013

Objective To survey the disinfection effect in medical institutions of Wuhua county.Methods Samplesof disinfection were collected and determined according to the Ministry of Health＂disinfection technical specifications＂（2002edition）and＂Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals＂（GB15982-1995）.Results Totally 10 777 samples werecollected from 2 932 medical institutions and 9 081 samples were qualified with a qualification rate of 84.26%.Thequalification rates of room air, hands of medical workers, object surface, pressure steam sterilization,sterile instrumentssoaking liquid,using disinfectant,ultraviolet lamp irradiance were 78.10%,79.28%,81.77%,94.59%,98.81%, 93.75%, 80.56%.Significant difference in disinfection effect among medical institutions at carious levels was noticed（χ^2=26.92,P〈 0.01）.Conclusion The sterilizing effect of medical institutions in Wuhua county was on the rise.The disinfection qualityof county hospital was the highest. The monitoring of disinfection in medical institutions be continuously strengthened toreduced nosocomial infection.
