腹腔镜胆囊切除术后吸氧时间的探讨

目的:通过对32例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后病人相关指标的监测,确定病人术后最适吸氧时间和吸氧浓度.方法:应用回顾性研究方法,选择行LC术32例为实验组,全麻下胆囊切除术或胆总管探查术30例,为对照组,两组患者清醒后回病房,持续吸氧2L/分,同一台无创生命监测仪监测在0h、2h、3h、4h、5h时患者的心率(HR)、呼吸(R)、血压(BP)、氧饱和度(SPO2)的变化.结果:两组患者吸氧一定时间后,HR在3h,R在2h,血压中收缩压在3h,结果比较,P<0.05,有显著性差异,SPO2均无差异.结论:LC患者术后持续低流量吸氧4小时,流量2L/分,即能满足机体代谢需要,在临床实践中有指导意义.

Discussion on of oxygen time after the laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective By monitoring the related sign in 32 patients after the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, to make sure the most suitable oxygen time and oxygen density. Methods To choose 32 cases of LC as experiment group, and 30 cases as control group. The distributions of the two sufferers in heart rate(HR), breath(R), blood pressure( BP), blood oxygen the saturated degree( SPO2), in keeping on breath oxygen 2L/min, applied same set monitor , after 0 h ,2h,3h,4h,5h. Results To HR 5h, R2h, BP(contract pressure)3h,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).All SPO2 had no significant difference. Conclusion 4 hours breath oxygen in sufferer in LC , keeping on the low discharge oxygen,oxygen discharge is 2 L/min, can satisfy the body metabolism need, and have the leading meaning in clinical practice.
