摘    要:为适应IEC 61850和IEEE 1588等新技术在变电站自动化系统中应用的不断发展,必须设计新一代高性能、高可靠性的控制保护系统通用硬件平台。文中总结了控制保护硬件平台发展的过程,分析了目前大多数控制保护装置硬件的内部数据交互方式以及存在的不足,提出了基于分布式多处理器和模块化硬件架构的硬件平台设计,设计了一种分布式总线的通信架构,介绍了CPU模块、DSP模块和I/O模块的功能特点。基于该硬件平台的交直流控制保护系统已成功应用到多个变电站和直流输电工程中。

Abstract:In order to apply new technologies such as IEC 61850 and IEEE 1588 to substation automation system,a new generation of general hardware platform with high performance and high reliability for the control and protection system should be designed.The development process of control and protection hardware platform is summarized,and the hardware structure and internal data interactively shortcomings of the most existing control and protection device are analyzed.A hardware platform design based on distributed multi-processor and modular hardware frame is proposed for development of control and protection system.A communication architecture with a distributed bus is designed.Also the CPU module,DSP module and I/O module features are introduced.Now the AC and DC control and protection systems based on the hardware platform have been successfully applied to several substations and high-voltage direct current(HVDC) transmission projects.
