| Abstract: | Thermally conducting properties and thermally conducting mechanism of epoxy resin based thermally conductive composites were introduced. The advances in the study of all these composites were reviewed. The approaches of improving the thermally conducting properties of thermally conductive plastics were discussed, and the applications were prospected. |
