摘    要:目的:利用ABAQUS有限元软件,对钛网植入修复颧骨缺失手术的术后外形等效果进行术前预测分析,以提高手术的成功率。方法:从力学分析的角度运用有限元方法建立患者颧骨缺失部位的力学模型,并通过ABAQUS有限元软件对该模型进行仿真计算。结果:通过分析得到了患处模型在钛网植入后产生的变形云图和应力云图,以及骨骼与软组织分离的数据,通过对应力云图的分析可以辅助医生进行手术切口的设计:根据软组织与骨骼之间出现间隙量的大小可确定填充物的位置以及用量。结论:通过该方法可以根据变形云图判断手术后的外观效果,从而达到了预测的目的。

Abstract:Objective: To provide a comprehensive pre-analysis and simulation of the zygomatic bones deficiency model based on ABAQUS (a commercial software package for finite element analysis), to help predicting the operation results and promoting the success rate of operations. Methods: A mechanical model of the deficient zygomatic bones was built based on mechanical analysis and finite element analysis. The model only contained a patient's deficient portion of the zygomatic bones. The simulation of this model was carried out based on finite element method and was implemented by ABAQUS. Results: On the assumption the titanium mesh had already been implanted to the patient's zygomatic bones, the deformation contour and the stress contour of the corresponding areas were obtained by analysis. The deformation degree of the soft tissue deformed from the bones was also shown in the result. The analysis of the deformation contour could be used to assist doctors to select the operation area. Finally, the deformation data between soft tissue and the bone could help to guide the quantity and the corresponding placement of the fill-in material. Conclusion: Through the analysis and simulation, the deformation contour could help to predict operation results and effects beforehand for doctors.
