| 摘 要： | 针对磁铁矿选矿厂粗选段需要提高分选效率的问题 ,研制出了具有高分选效率的BKC型粗选筒式磁选机 ,分析研究了我国磁铁矿选矿厂粗选段的工艺条件和相应的分选要求 ,分析了BKC粗选筒式磁选机分选不同矿物工艺条件的适应性和有效性 ,BKC粗选用磁选机在磁铁矿选矿厂的工业应用试验结果表明 ,在给矿品位 5 7.2 1%的情况下 ,粗选精矿品位达到 65 .12 % ,回收率 96.84%。该机可对我国磁铁矿选矿厂粗选段分选效果的提高发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | BKC roughing drum magnetic separators with high separation efficiency are developed in order to improve the separation efficiency during rough concentration.Technological conditions of mineral and the corresponding separation requirements are analyzed and studied.Separation adaptability and validity of BKC roughing drum magnetic separators are analyzed according to the technological conditions of different mineral.The result of industry application test shows us that the rough concentrate grade can reach 65.12% and the recovery rate 96.84% .The BKC roughing drum magnetic separators can play an important role in improving the separation efficiency during rough concentration in the concentration plant in our country. |
