[B]杂原子沸石催化剂改性对甲苯/乙烯烷基化反应的影响

摘    要:考察了在HZSM-5沸石骨架外剧改性,硼部分代铝的[B]ZSM-5沸石催化剂,以及骨架内外础改性的沸石催化剂上,甲苯/乙烯烷基化反应的择形催化作用.实验结果表明,硼骨架内外改性的ZSM-5沸石催化剂用于甲苯/乙烯烷基化反应结果:甲苯转化率为22.92%,对-乙基甲苯选择性可高达96.80%,活性稳定性好.并将用处于沸石骨架外或内对沸石催化剂的择形催化作用机理进行了初步探讨.

Abstract:The selective catalysis of zeolite catalysts from HZSM-5 zeolites modified with B on nonframework elements, substituted partly with B on framework Al elements and modified with B on nonframework and framework elements to the alkyation of toluene with ethylene was studied. The experimental results indicate that the selectivity of ZSM-5 zeolites modified with B on nonframework and framework Al elements is up to 96.80% when the activity is 22.92% and its activity is stable. The mechanism of selective catalysis of modified zeolites was primarily disussed.
