摘    要:对一株具有异养硝化-好氧反硝化功能的施氏假单胞菌(Pseudomonas stutzeri)菌株WIT-1进行研究,初步探讨了菌株WIT-1的脱硝态氮能力、对硝态氮的最高耐受性及在未灭菌生活污水的实际脱氨氮效果.结果表明,在初始化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)为500 mg/L时,48 h对硝态氮的去除率为96.38%.在相同COD条件下,菌株WIT-1对脱硝态氮耐受性为800 mg/L.当菌株WIT-1的接种量为2%时,12 h对生活污水中的氨氮去除率为32.741%.当初始COD含量增加到500 mg/L或者菌株的接种量提高为8%时,12 h对生活污水中的氨氮去除率分别为52.765%和100%.但48 h对氨氮的去除率都只有20%左右.

Characteristics of removing nitrogen of Pseudomonas stutzeri strain

Abstract:The P.stutzeri strain named as WIT-1 with the ability of heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification was studied for its characteristics of nitrogen removal.The maximum tolerance of removing nitrate,nitrate removing and its capability of removing ammonia for non-sterilized sanitary sewage of WIT-1 were investigated.The results showed that initiating chemical oxygen demand(COD) concentration was 500 mg/L,the removal rate of nitrate was 96.38% in 48 h.At the same condition of COD,the strain WIT-1 maximum tolerance of removed nitrate concentration was 800 mg/L.When the amount of inoculation of the strain WIT-1 was 2%,the removal rate of ammonia was 32.741% in 12 h.When the initial COD concentration was 500 mg/L or the inoculation was improved to 8%,the removal rate of ammonia was 52.765% and 100% in 12 h,respectively.However,the removal rate of ammonia was only about 20% in 48 h.
