| 摘 要： | 目的探讨常规剂量及疗程的奥美拉唑对老年反流性食管炎患者血液系统的影响。方法选取我院自2012年7月至2012年12月收治的30例非老年反流食管炎患者(对照组)与30例老年反流食管炎患者(研究组),回顾临床资料。结果研究组治疗总有效率为86.67%,对照组为90.00%,两组比较,P>0.05;研究组经奥美拉唑治疗后,血液系统影响发生率为10.00%;对照组为6.67%,两组比较,P>0.05。结论常规剂量及疗程的奥美拉唑对老年反流性食管炎患者血液系统无明显影响,适合各年龄段反流性食管炎患者治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the regular doses and course of omeprazole in older inverter esophagitis patients the influence of the blood system. Method Our selected from July 2012 to December 2012, 30 cases were not old inverter esophagitis patients （control group） and 30 cases of elderly inverter esophagitis patients （group）, review of the clinical data. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%, to 90.00% in the placebo group, two groups of comparisons, P〉0.05; the team the omeprazole after treatment, the blood system influence a rate of 10.00%; to 6.67% in the placebo group, two - groups of comparisons, P〉0.05. Conclusion Regular doses and course of omeprazole in older inverter esophagitis patients without significantly affect the blood system, suitable for each age counter current esophagitis patients. |
