磨削加工技术的发展及现状

摘    要:介绍了磨削加工技术的起源,及其在国内外的发展及现状。提出了目前高速和超高速磨削是提高磨削效率、减小工件表面粗糙度值和提高零件加工质量的先进加工技术。分析了磨削加工技术的机理、优越性和影响因素。阐述了磨削加工技术的发展前景。

Abstract:The origin, the development and the actuality of grinding process all over the world were introduced. At present, high speed and ultra - high speed grinding are advanced processes, which can raise grinding efficiency, improve work surface roughness and promote machining quality of the parts. The mechanism, advantage and influencing factors to the grinding process are analyzed. The foreground of the development of grinding process is described.
