摘    要:以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)和2-(甲基丙烯酸氧基)乙基磷酸酯(MEP)为原料,采用水溶液自由基共聚法合成了一种磷酸盐改性的三元共聚物,并将其作为油井水泥降失水剂进行了评价。结果表明,与通常使用的AMPS-DMAA共聚物相比,该三元聚合物能有效提高15%盐水水泥浆在140℃下的降失水效果和高温稳定性,并确定出最佳添加量2%下,该水泥浆浆体的滤饼渗透率能降低至4. 2μD,滤失量低于30 mL。

Abstract:Phosphate-modified terpolymer was synthesized from 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS),N,Ndimethylacrylamide(DMAA) and 2-(methacryloxy) ethyl phosphate(MEP) by free radical copolymerization in aqueous solution and evaluated as a water loss reducer for oil well cement.The results show that comparing with AMPS-DMAA copolymer,the ternary polymer can effectively improve the water loss and high temperature stability of 15%brine cement slurry at 140℃.The optimum dosage of 2% is determined,the filter cake permeability of the cement slurry can be reduced to 4.2μD,and the filter loss is less than 30 mL.
