摘    要:贵州某低品位含硫铝土矿Al2O3含量为54.71%,SiO2含量为11.35%,铝硅比仅为4.82,且矿石中含硫1.33%。矿石主要含铝矿物为一水硬铝石,主要含硫矿物为黄铁矿。矿石中有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,脱硫时易产生夹带,因而较难实现有效分选。为高效开发利用该矿石资源,对有代表性矿石进行了脱硫脱硅浮选闭路试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占90%时,采用1粗3精1扫脱硫浮选、扫选尾矿经2粗4精1扫脱硅、脱硫精扫选尾矿经2粗1精1扫脱硅闭路流程处理该矿石,获得了硫品位为33.72%、Al2O3品位为15.96%、SiO2品位为4.98%、硫回收率为75.16%的硫精矿,Al2O3品位为61.13%、SiO2品位为7.39%、铝硅比为8.27、Al2O3回收率为79.64%的铝土矿精矿。1次磨矿脱硫脱硅浮选,脱硫精扫选尾矿单独脱硅浮选工艺是该矿石处理的高效工艺,对含硫含硅铝土矿石的分选具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:There is a sulfide-containing low grade bauxite ore in Guizhou Province,with Al2O3 content of 54.71%,SiO2 content of 11.35%,alumina-silica ratio is only 4.82,and 1.33% S.Aluminum mainly exists in form of diaspore,and mainly sulfide-containing ore is pyrite.For fine dissemination of the valualde minerals,entrainment may occur when desulfurization,and is difficult to achieve good separation index.In order to high efficiently develop and utilize the resources,desulfurizing and desilication closed circuit flotation experiment was conducted.Results indicated that:at the grinding fineness of 90% passing 0.074 mm,through one roughing-three cleaning-one scavenging desulfuration flotation,tailings of scavenging endure two roughing-four cleaning-one scavenging desilication flotation,tailings of scavenging from desulfuration cleaning endure two roughing-one cleaning-one scavenging desilication flotation process cleal with the ore,sulfide concentrate with 33.72% S,15.96% Al2O3,4.98% SiO2,and sulfide recovery rate of 75.16%,and bauxite concentrate with 61.13% Al2O3,7.39% SiO2,mass ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 is 8.27,aluminum recovery rate of 79.64% was obtained.One time grinding,desulfurization and desilication flotation process is an effective process for dealing with the ore and can provide reference for the concentration of sulfide-containing bauxite ore.
