广西龙眼品种(单株)加工果汁性状的模糊综合评判

摘    要:利用模糊综合评判方法对广西17个龙眼品种(单株)加工果汁进行整体评价。结果表明,根据果实品质或果汁的个别性状无法对果汁综合水平进行全面的评价,某一性状表现良好的其它性状不一定表现也好;车站、迟白露与大乌圆(容县)加工果汁的综合性状较好,有进一步开展研究及应用的潜力。

Abstract:Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the characters of longan juice in 17 Guangxi varieties. The results showed that comprehensive evaluation could not be made according to the individual characters of fruit qualities or juice, because one of the characters ranks in the good place, it doesn''t mean the others also rank in good place. The general processing characters of three varieties, Chezhan, Chi Bailu and Da Wuyuan (Rongxian), were run the first three respectively, and have the potential for further research.
