日照条件下空间钢结构温度效应研究

摘    要:在空间钢结构设计中,温度效应是必须考虑的因素.采用有限元软件对上海地区一大尺寸矩形钢结构建立模型,对不同辐射吸收率和空间倾角下其温度场分布,以及温度、温度应力随时间变化规律进行分析.研究表明:辐射吸收系数对温度场影响显著,辐射吸收系数每增大0.15,最高温度增加约10.0℃;夏季钢拱的日照温度应力可以达到钢材强度设计值...

Abstract:In the space steel structure design,the temperature effect must be taken into account.Based on the thermal analysis module of ANSYS,the temperature field distribution of a large-size rectangular steel structure in Shanghai was studied under different absorptive rates of radiation and obliquities.In addition,the variation of temperature and temperature stress with time was analyzed.The study shows that the radiation absorption coefficients have a remarkable effect on temperature field.The max temperature of the structure increases by 10.0 degrees centigrade approximately with each 0.15 growth of radiation absorption coefficient.And the temperature stress of space steel structure exposed to sunlight in summer can reach 30% above of designed strength.The study can provide helpful references for designing,safety analysis and material selection of space steel structures.
