摘    要:攀成钢70吨高阻抗超高功率电炉通过采用热兑铁水工艺、RCB喷枪喷吹氧技术及喷碳粉技术实现强化冶炼。生产实践表明,电炉的冶炼电耗为310.86 kWh/吨钢,冶炼周期为56分钟。

Abstract:In order to melt rapidly,an 70t High Impedance UHP Electric Arc Furnace with charge of 20% hot metal and three RCB coherent oxygen lances installed at wall of furnace and two lances for coal powder injection is built at Chengdu Steel and Vanadium CoLtd,Pansteel Group.Steelmaking practice showed that the decarburization rate by blowing oxygen was 0.08%~0.12%C/min,the electric power consumption was 310.86Kwh/t steel,and tap totap time was 56 min.
