电子控制逆变型弧焊电源的设计

摘    要:本文介绍了逆变型绝缘门极双极型晶体管IGBT弧焊电源主电路和控制电路的构成及工作原理,通过电压负反馈与电流负反馈的综合控制提高了电源的工作精度,此外,还介绍了IGBT的基本结构、工作原理、开关特性以及在焊接逆变型电源中的应用。该装置有体积小。重量轻、性能好、效率高及适用性强的优点,是一种很有发展前途的电子控制的弧焊电源。

Abstract:This paper discribes the operation principle of the IGBT inverter-welding power supply and its structures of the main circuit and control system.The output charactenstic of the inverter-welding power source with voltage and current feedback is synthetically improved.The struc-ture,operating principle and swith characteristic of the IGBT and its applicatio n in invert unit are detailed.This power supply has advantage of small volume,light weight,good perfonance,high effeciency and adpatability.It is a promissing economic,electronic-controlled and inverter-welding power supply.
