15867名3～6岁儿童心率分布特征及影响因素

目的研究儿童心率的自然规律、特点，以及地区、民族和性别等的差异及其正常值范围，为防病治病提供科学数据。方法心率、血压测定按国际统一标准，利用云南2002年16个地区15867名3-6岁城乡男、女童，分析心率在人群不同性别、年龄、城乡、地区、民族的情况，并进行单、多因素分析。结果心率随着年龄的增长而逐渐下降，女童高于男童，乡村男女童与城市男女童间无差别（P〉0．05），心率与纬度无相关性（P〉0．05），心率与血压呈正相关，对心率起作用的因子是舒张压、BMI、年龄、收缩压。结论心率的增加或减少会相应地引起收缩压和舒张压的增高或降低，心率随年龄增加而减少，心率可作为预防儿童高血压高危因素的一个参考指标。

Heart Rate Distributing Character and Influence Factors in 15867 Cases 3～6 Years Old Children

Objective To study the rule and character of heart rate, and differences in district, nationality and gender in children. Investigating the normal value range and supplying scientific datum for prevention and cure diseases. Methods Heart rate and blood pressure were measured applying international standard method. Heart rate was analyzed in deferent gender, city and country, district, nationality and made muhifactor analysis in 15867 cases 3 -6 years old children of 12 nationalities, which came from 16 districts of Yurman province in 2002. Results Heart rate decreased gradually with age increasing, female children higher than male children. Heart rate related positively to blood pressure. Influence heart rate factors were diastolic blood pressure, BMI, age and systolic blood pressure. Conclusion Heart rate increasing or decreasing could induce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure increasing or decreasing. Heart rate decreased with age increasing, which could be used as a reference marker to prevent high risk of hypertension in children.
