淮海社区2型糖尿病控制现状调查

目的了解上海市卢湾区淮海社区糖尿病患者病情控制状况及其相关因素。方法随机调查淮海社区400例2型糖尿病患者，测量空腹血糖、空腹血清血脂、血压及其中171例糖化血红蛋白值并分析可能的影响因素。结果①空腹血糖为（7．53±1．67）mmol／L，血糖异常率（FBG≥7mmol／L）为58．5％；②171例的平均糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）值为（7．60±1．61）％，其中HbAlc〈6．5％占25．15％。HbAlC与病程、饮食控制等因素有关；③收缩压平均值为（137±16）mmHg，舒张压为（82±10）mmHg，35～55岁组和≥75岁组患者收缩压平均值的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；④血脂异常率约为73%。结论淮海社区2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂和血压控制满意率低，现状不容乐观。

Control status of diabetes mellitus in Huaihai community S

Objective To explore the control status of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and associated factors in Lu Wan district of Shanghai. Method 400 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly selected from Huaihai community, and fasting blood glucose （FBG） ,serum lipids and blood pressure and HbAlc of 171 cases were measured. Possible affected factors were analyzed. Results ① The FBG level was （ 7. 53 ± 1. 67） mmol/L, abnormal rate of FBG（FBG≥7 mmol/L） was 58.5%;②The glucosylated hemoglobin level was （7.60 ±1.61）% in 171 patients, and among them only 95.15% patients＇ HbAlc were lower than 6.5%. HbAle is concerned with the course of disease and diet control;③The average systolic blood pressure level was （137± 16）mm- Hg, The average diastolic blood pressure level was （82 ±10）mmHg. The difference of average systolic blood pressure level between group years 35-55 and years ≥75 had statistical significance （P〈0.05） ;④ Prevalence of dyslipidemia rate was 73%. Conclusion FBG, serum lipid and blood pressure were controlled unsatisfaetorily in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Huaihai community. The control status is not optimistic.
