| 摘 要： | 目的探讨广州市城、郊老年人根面龋的患病情况以及影响因素。方法采用分层多阶段抽样方法,选取广州市城区的3个区和郊区的2个县级市作为调查点,采用问卷调查及接受口腔检查的形式,共调查广州市65～74岁老年人991人。结果广州市城、郊老年人根面龋患病率分别为42.4%、61.8%。根面龋好发牙位依次为上颌尖牙、上颌第一磨牙和下颌第一前磨牙;易感牙面为上颌邻面和下颌唇颊面。城区老年人根面龋患病的影响因素为局部佩戴义齿,LOA≥4mm牙齿数目及刷牙次数;郊区老年人根面龋患病的影响因素为LOA≥4mm牙齿数目和未婚/离异/配偶去世。结论城、郊老年人根面龋患病率仍较高,采取有针对性的措施对预防根面龋有重要指导意义。
