| Abstract: | With the international shipping market looking east in the background of global integration and the coming of post-90s students,this paper mainly discusses new implications of ideological and moral qualities,professional qualities and psychological qualities of shipping talents under new situations. It also explores how to cultivate the navigational students into qualified talents in shipping industry according to their ideological and psychological features and characteristic. |
