新标在气田回注水石油类测定中的应用探讨

针对当前国土资源执法监察工作所面临的动态监测与管理难题，本文根据增城国土资源执法管理的实际情况，结合3S技术（ RS、GIS、GPS）、计算机技术、无线网络技术和数据库技术，在现有的国土资源电子政务平台和数据建设成果基础上构建了增城国土资源移动执法监察系统。该系统的建立能够使土地执法的发现、确认、处罚、发布等过程得到一站式管理，凸显科技执法水平，有效提升国土资源保障与监管能力，解决执法难题。

Design and Realization of Mobile Law Enforcement and Supervision System for Land and Resources

In light of the dynamic monitoring and management challenges confronted currently in law enforcement and supervision works in regard to country land and resources,we present a mobile law enforcement and supervision sys-tem for Land and Resources according to the actual situation in Zengcheng. Combined with the technology of 3S,comput-er,wireless network and database,this system has been built on the basis of the existing results of land and resources e-government platform and data. This system can actualize land executions to one-stop model,which procedure includes detection,affirmation,punishment and release. It highlights the scientific and technological level of law enforcement,ef-fectively enhances the protection and regulatory capacity of land and resources,and solves the hard problem of law en-forcement.
