跟骨关节内骨折钢板内固定术的疗效分析

目的：探讨跟骨关节内骨折钢板内固定术的疗效,为临床有效治疗跟骨关节内骨折提供理论参考依据.方法：将67例跟骨关节内骨折患者作为治疗组采用钢板内固定术进行治疗,同时将34例跟骨关节内骨折患者作为对照组采用克氏针内固定术进行治疗,对101例患者进行4个月～1.5年的随访跟踪,并采用Kerr评分对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价.结果：治疗组67例患者跟骨骨折平均愈合时间为（3.5±0.21）个月,优良率高达94.03%;对照组34例患者跟骨骨折平均愈合时间为（4.6±0.34）个月,优良率为82.35%,比较两组患者骨折平均愈合时间和Kerr评分优良率状况,治疗组患者显著优于对照组,具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：采用钢板内固定术对骨关节内骨折患者进行治疗,术后恢复快,效果较好,为临床有效的治疗跟骨关节内骨折提供理论参考依据.

The Efficacy of Intra-articular Calcaneal Fracture with Plate Fixation

Objective To investigate the efficacy of intra- articular calcaneal fracture with plate fixation and provide a theoretical reference for its clinical treatment. Methods 67 cases of patients with intra - articular calcaneal fractures were treated with plate fixation as the treatment group, and at the same time 34 cases of patients with intra - articular calcaneal fractures were treated with gram needle fixation as the control group. All the patients were underwent 4 months - 1. 5 years of follow - tracking, and used the Kerr score to e- valuate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The average healing time of the treatment group was （3. 5±0. 21 ） months, and the excellent rate was as high as 94. 03%. The average healing time of the control group was （4. 6 ±0. 34） months, and the excellent rate was 82. 35%. Compared two groups of the healing time and Kerr average score, the patients of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） , with statistical significance. Conclusion Using plate fixation for the treatment of joint fractures can promote patients postoperative fast recovery with good effect. So it provide a theoretical reference for intra - articular calcaneal fractures.
