| Abstract: | The female staff and workers is an essential groupin universities and colleges.They playi mportant roles in teaching,scientific research,management and rear-service.This paper indicates that in the newera,the Women Commision of the La-bor Unionin universities and colleges is facing several chanllenges such as :howto arouse and make full use of initiativeness,activeness and creativeness of the female staff and workers,howto protect and guarantee their legal rights and interests andhowto cultivate their awareness of participating in politics and commenting on political affairs. |
