中医本科临床实习试行导师制带教的教学模式探索

摘    要:对本科生临床实习采用导师制带教,并与传统教学方法进行对照分析。问卷调查与临床考核均显示导师制的教学效果明显优于传统教学,普遍反映导师制将中医传统师承教育模式与高等院校科班教育模式相结合,既弥补了课堂教学的不足,又保留了“师带徒”的优点,是具有实践意义的师承教育的传袭衍化,值得推广。

Application of Supervisor System in Clinic Internship of Undergraduate of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract:Supervisor system was applied in the clinic internship of undergraduate and compared with traditional teaching. Both the questionnaire and clinic examination showed that the teaching effect of supervisor system is much better than that of traditional teaching. It is widely acknowledged that supervisor system can integrate the traditional master-apprentice education pattern of TCM with the class teaching pattern of higher education, thus making up the shortcoming of the latter and maintaining the advantages of the former. As an inheritance and derivation of master-apprentice education, supervisor system has practical significance and is wroth promoting.
