摘    要:采用双传输线发生纳秒级方波脉冲,设计了一种用来模拟核电磁脉冲在电路中激励的干扰信号的纳秒脉冲信号源,进行抗EMP试验。脉冲源由直流高压源、触发控制电路和脉冲形成电路三部分组成。试验中脉冲测量系统设计应注意阻抗匹配,电缆影响,抗干扰等问题。在负载不匹配情况下工作时信号具有较大波动且传送效率降低;负载匹配时,优化后的系统所获得的方波信号前沿1.4ns,脉冲宽度为50.6ns。

Abstract:A nanoseconds pulse source is designed to analog nuclear electromagnetic pulse interference signals in the circuit incentive, and it can be engaged in anti-EMP test. The high-voltage pulse generator is comprised of DC high-voltage power, pulse forming circuit and control circuit. Several issues such as impedance matching, impact of the cable and interference should be paid attention to. Mismatch of the load in pulse source test could cause that the signal has greater volatility and transmission efficiency reduced. The testing line through the current injection probe would show ideal pulse after the system has been optimized. The rise-time of the square wave pulse can be as short as 1.4ns and the delay time 34.6ns.
