摘    要:通过对逆流式冷却塔淋水填料性能试验,给出了常用的PVC淋水填料不同组装高度的热力性能及阻力性能方程式,并结合工程实例对出塔水温进行计算。试验表明在自然通风冷却塔常用气水比工况条件下,填料高度增加0.5m,冷却数提高约25%,阻力约增加6Pa。

Abstract:Through the test of the performance of water drenching fillers of countercurrent cooling tower, thermal performance equation and resistance performance equation of the conventional PVC water drenching fillers with different packing height were given, the temperature of effluent water from tower was calcnlated, based on the example of projects. The result of the test showed that: under the operating condition of the conventional air-to-water ratio of natural draft cooling tower, when the height of filler was increased by 0.5 m, the cooling data was about 25% higher, the increase of resistance was about 6 Pa.
