摘    要:基于SolidWorks插件COSMOSMotion和COSMOSWorks进行联合仿真的基本方法,即从COSMOSMotion输出运动载荷到COSMOSWorks中进行有限元分析,并以挖掘机斗杆为例进行仿真,分析在铲斗挖掘、斗杆挖掘和混合挖掘三种工况下的斗杆应力和位移变形情况。实践证明,这种方法可有效提高设计效率,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Basic method of the joint simulation using COSMOSMotion and COSMOSWorks was presented,which was to simulate by using COSMOSMotion,export the simulation result into COSMOSWorks and carry out FEA in COSMOSWorks.As an example,had carried out the FEA about the bucket rod under the three conditions.Practice proves that the method can effectively improve design efficiency and it will be found wide application in future.
