| 摘 要： | 国内骨科康复临床教学实践中存在教学内容、临床实习安排不合理,师资力量匮乏,教材缺乏规范等问题,影响相关专业人才的培养,阻碍骨科康复的平衡协调发展.通过改进骨科康复教学方法,采取整合人力资源、编写专业教材、调整讲课体系、优化教学方法等措施,确保康复人才培养的质量.

| Abstract: | At present,there exist many problems in the domestic orthopaedic rehabilitation of clinical teaching practice,such as unreasonable teaching content arrangements、clinical practice,teachers deficiency,nonstandard textbooks,etc.which can affect the training of related professional talents and obstruct orthopaedic rehabilitation balance coordinated development.It is necessary for us to improve the orthopaedic rehabilitation teaching method,take integrated human resources,write specialized textbooks,adjust the lecture system,optimize the teaching methods and take other measures to ensure the quality of rehabilitation talent cultivation. |
