湿法冶金提钒浸出新工艺

摘    要:对湖南某钒矿进行室内浸出试验,确定了该矿石经预处理后,矿石浸出率大为提高,浸出时间也缩短,同时也确定了浸出率与浸出时间、温度、液固比、预处理温度、预处理时间等的关系.试验结果表明,矿石经预处理、添加助浸剂后,浸出率由原来的50%提高到87%左右,浸出时间也由原来的20小时缩短为15小时.

Abstract:Carry on to some mineral of vanadium in Hunan indoor leaching to experiment,make sure the mineral's stone after prepare the processing,leaching a rate greatly for exaltation,leaching a time to also shorten,made sure to leach a rate to leach a time,temperature at the same time,the liquid is solid than,prepare to handle the temperature,prepare to handle time etc.relate to,experimenting the result make known:The mineral's stone is after prepare the processing and add to helpful-preparation leaching a rate from originally 50% raises to 87% or so,leaching a time to also shorten to 15 hours from original 20 hours
