复合支柱绝缘子成型工艺研究

本文介绍了一种用普通的环氧树脂加填料采用热压釜固化的方式来制备支柱绝缘子的方法。针对产品的力学性能和绝缘性能的要求以及形状的特殊性,采用半模合模成型方式,以普通环氧加添料为原料,利用有效而简捷的工艺手段,制出了质量较好的产品。本文详细描述了产品成型的全过程,并总结了模具的形状、温度、压强等若干因素对产品性能的影响,得出了一套制作复合支柱绝缘子的高效率低成本的工艺方案。

Processing Research on Manufacturing Post Insulator
