| 摘 要： | 目的：观察桃核承气汤治疗银屑病临床疗效。方法：随机将患者分为两组，治疗组120例，内服桃核承气汤，外涂三七软膏；对照组90例，内服迪银片，外涂皮质激素软膏。结果：治疗组，对照组总有效率分别为95％，82％，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）.结论：桃核承气汤治疗寻常型银屑病疗效确切。

Treatment of psoriasis vulgaris 120 cases by Taohe Chengqi decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the taohe chengqi decoction. Methods： Patients were randomly devided into two groups, the treatment group were 120 cases, oral administration of Taohe Chengqi decoction, ointment applied externally panax; The control group were 90 cases, oral administration of diyin tablet, treated with cortieosteroid ointment. Result： The total effective rate of the control group were 95%, 82%, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by Yaohe Chengqi decoction has curative effect. |
