| 摘 要： | 目的：观察分期针灸药并用治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：治疗组64例采用分期针灸药并用，对照组64例单用分期针刺法治疗。结果：治疗组痊愈56例，对照组痊愈48例，两组痊愈率和痊愈者治疗天数均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：分期针灸药并用治疗周围性面瘫能提高治疗效果，具有较高的临床运用价值，宜于推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of treating peripheral facial paralysis staging with both acupunctutre and medicine. Method： The 64 cases of treatment group used both acupuncture and medicine by stage to treat, 64 cases of control group used simple acupuncture by stage to treat. Result： 56 cases of treatment group were cured, 48 cases were cured in control group, the cured rate of the 2 groups and the treatment days the patients need to cure had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Using both acupuncture and medicine to treat peripheral facial paralysis can improve the therapeutic effect, have high value of clinical application, and was appropriate to promote |
