| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的方法和疗效。方法:回顾性总结经鼻内窥镜下行鼻腔泪囊造孔术患者21例临床资料。结果:21例患者溢泪症状缓解,泪道冲洗通畅,总有效率100%。结论:鼻腔泪囊造孔术操作简便,损伤小,并发症少,恢复快,是目前治疗鼻泪管阻塞的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the method and the effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy on chronic dacryocystitis.Methods: 21 cases of chronic dacryocystitis were studied retrospectively.Results: 21 patients were clear of epiphora symptoms,lacrimal flushed smoothly.The total efficient rate was 100%.Conclusion: This operation is simple,with less damage,few complications and rapid recovery.It is an advanced method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. |
