The fast method of deigning soft filter

The design process of traditional digital filter is complex, and need a lot of calculation, the property of the filter is hard to adjust, so its application is limited. In this text, a method of designing filter using MATLAB quickly is introduced, using this method a needed filter will be completed quickly if not a high effective filter is needed. A method of design a filter using C language is also introduced in this text.
