论涉外经济合同中的法律选择

针对我国对外贸易实践中缺乏有效司法保护的实际，运用国际私法理论，论述了涉外经济合同法律选择的必要性，从法律适用角度对我国有关法律选择的规定进行了总结和探讨，提出了我国涉外经济合同中法律选择应注意的问题

Law Selection in Making International Business Contract

Considering the situation of uneffecient judicial protection in the practice of China's foreign trade, and in the light of international private law thoery, the necessity of the law selection in the international business contract making is discussed. And based on the law competence,the summerization and discussion of the regulations in the related law selectionin China are conducted, and the items, to which the special attention should be attached in the law selection, are pointed out.
