摘    要:研究有机锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:以有机锌等量替代氧化锌用于胎面胶中,胶料的门尼粘度降低,硫化速度加快,门尼焦烧时间延长;硫化胶的300%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,抗硫化返原性和耐热氧老化性能提高;成品轮胎的耐久性能和速度性能变化不大。

Abstract:The application of organic zinc in the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using organic zinc to replace zinc oxide at equal weight in the tread compound,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased,the curing rate increased and the Mooney scorch time extended.The modulus at 300%elongation and tensile strength of the vulcanizate increased,and the anti-reversion characteristic and thermo-oxidative aging resistance were improved.The endurance and speed performance of the finished tire changed little.
