| 摘 要： | Caveolae结构是细胞膜向内凹陷形成的囊状结构脂筏,caveolin蛋白是其标志蛋白。它们与囊泡转运、胆固醇稳态平衡、信号传导、肿瘤耐药、钙通道调控、细胞生长和凋亡等密切相关。Caveolin-1蛋白在不同肿瘤组织中表达变化具有两面性。本文介绍了Caveolae结构和Caveolin-1蛋白的特性和功能。重点综述了Caveolin-1蛋白对恶性肿瘤发生、生长和凋亡的作用。同时分析了一些当前新的认识和假说,并展望了caveolin-1在肿瘤治疗中的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:Caveolae are vescular invaginations, special lipid rafts of cell membrance. Caveolin is the marker protein of caveolae. They play key roles of traffic, cholesterin balance, signal transduction, tumor multi drug resistance, calcium channel regulation, cell growth and apoptosis. Expression of caveolin-1 is different in different malignant tumor. This review recommends the characteristics and functions of caveolae and caveolin-1 protein and summarize relationship of caveolin-1 protein to genesis,growth and apoptosis of malignant tumor basing on current studies. Finally, new hypothesis and application of caveolin-1 were introduced. |
