常规变电站二次系统的自动化改造方案

摘    要:电力系统中一大批运行多年,目前仍起着重要作用的220kV变电站,如何通过高效、经济、实用的方法进行改造,从而实现变电站的自动化,使其满足无人值班或少人值班的要求,提高变电站的自动化水平和运行的可靠性,已成为一亟待解决的问题。文章结合河北南网220kV变电站的具体情况,提出了旧站二次系统改造的基本原则.如要充分利用原有设备,尽量降低改造成本等,以及提出了改造的主要思路及具体技术解决方案。

Abstract:It is an important task for many 220 kV substations that still play an important role in power system to improve the reliability of operation and automation level,and to make them meet the requirements of unattended or few person attended substation and how to carry out the retrofit through efficient,economic,and practical method.The basic principles of secondary system retrofit for old substation combined with the specific condition of 220 kV substation in Hebei southern power network were put forward,such as making full use of original equipments and reducing retrofit cost fully.The major idea and specific technical scheme for retrofit solution are put forward.
